I'm A.J. I grow microgreens in West Salem and cut them the same day they go out. Greens from a distributor were harvested several days ago and rode a truck to get here from who knows where. My greens were alive at sunrise and are delivered to you when you need them.
Restaurant conversations are happening now! I will be at the Salem area farmers markets starting next season.

What I grow
These four are on the rack every week:
- Pea shoots
- Sunflower
- Broccoli
- Daikon radish
These I grow to order, for when you want more color on the plate:
- Red garnet amaranth
- Shiso
- Nasturtium
Want something that isn't on this list? Ask. If a seed exists for it, I can probably grow it.
What I sell to restaurants
- Cut greens. I harvest these the morning they are delivered to you.
- Living trays. The tray sits in your walk-in and stays alive until you cut it, so you harvest what you plate, when you plate it.
- A free first delivery. Your first order is a sample pack at no charge.
